Having these facts about your nutritional requirements can make the difference between achieving your goal or not.
Before and After:
Check out these transformations from some real Metatest clients:
Jason was 37 years old, 6' 3", 265 lbs and in bad health. His cholesterol was through the roof and as he says, he was, "way too familir with the local Dominos guy." In an effort to keep himself off of medications and give his wife and children the role model that they deserved he made some very healthy life changes which resulted in a quick 40lb weight loss. It also started to get his competitive juices flowing and he went on an 18 month journey that included all distances of triathlon including an Ironman. He did this all on his own but realized that there was a lot that he did not know about training so he signed up for Metabolic Testing and Triathlon Training with Metatest. He wanted to be healthier and more competitive. After 4 months of training with Metatest, Jason has dropped another 30 lbs (in the low 180's for the after picture), taken 20 seconds per 100 meters off of his swim times, and has gone from 10 minute per running mile to sub 7 minutes. He could not believe it when he won his age group in a serious triathlon after just 4 months of dedicated training with Metatest. He credits his stronger core, better nutrition, and all around better lifestyle for this fantastic performance. We credit his positive disposition and unwavering dedication. Congratulation on the fantastic transformation!!! Let's see what Jason can do next while traveling down this new path!

Testimonial...
J.H. , Triathlete, Las Vegas, NV:
"If you are debating whether you need a coach, the answer is a resounding YES! It truly took the time I was devoting to the sport and made it count for 10x's the results. If you are debating wether Metatest is the right team for you? That is of course individually based, but if you are looking for knowledgable, well rounded, big picture coaches that truly take the time to care about you, look no further....
My only true regret is that I didn't start sooner, I cry thinking how much time I wasted over the last few years trying to do it on my own....."

News:
Jan, 15 2012: Sam and Jared went to the Rock N Roll Expo for Gu this weekend. They sold out of product at the Gu Booth and topped off the weekend by running the half marathon. It was the first run back in almost 2 years for Samantha who finished the half and earned her first Rock N Roll Medal. It was great to have her back to running and look for all new PR's from her this year. She will continue her Open Water Swimming but is really enjoying her Trail Running. Welcome back and congratulations on a job very well done!
Jan, 7 2012: Jared paced Brian to an 8:07 50 mile finish at Angel this weekend. This is the third straight Angel finish for Brian who won his age group for the 2nd time. Jared ran with Brian for 22 miles and left Brian to finish off the last 13 miles in 2 hours. Brian's performance was top notch with a great finishing stretch. Maybe he will go for 3 straight age group wins next year!
Jan, 01 2012: Happy New Year!! Todd started the year off right with his first 24 hour running race. He completed Across the Years in Arizona with a his first distance over 50 miles. All totaled he ran for 100k or 62 miles in the cold desert to ring in the new year. I hope that he did not set the bar too high for the rest of us to start the year off. Great Job, Todd!! We can only wonder what will be next for you!
Dec 18, 2011: Big congratulations to Tom for finishing 1st in the State of Nevada and 47th overall at the supremely grueling World's Toughest Mudder Championship in Englishtown, NJ. Despite qualifying just 2 weeks before this 24 hour obstacle course event, Tom gritted it out to complete 36 miles in the 20 degree weather. It was a tough showing for Tom especially since only 1/3 of the 1500 entrants completed 12 miles before succombing to the elements. Tom gave everything that he had and proved that he can carry the title of Ultra Endurance Athlete. Next up for Tom is the Run From an Angel Marathon in January. Great job!!
Nov 26, 2011: Sam finished 4th in her AG for the 2 mile race at sunrise picnic area today. This is one of the alrgest 2 mile races of the year and Sam took it to the competition and finished strong. Great Job, Sam!!
Nov 24, 2011: Jared, Sam, and John took over Downtown Vegas for the first annual Turkey Day 5k. Jared finished 7th in his 53rs race of 2011 while Sam and John ran together for fun. It was so much fun that Sam ran the whole race with a hat in the shape of a turkey on her head!! It was quite amusing and the crowd around her was all smiles. Congratulations to John for doing his first 5k in over 30 years. To get out there and just do it is a inspiration to all of us. For Sam to complete another 5k is amazing. Lets keep following her and see how far she can push!! Happy Thanksgiving!!
Nov 20, 2011: Jason completed Ironman Arizona in a personal best by taking off hours of time to complete his IM PR of 11:41. This was an incredible achievement that he worked very hard for. Congratulations to Jason who capped off his great record breaking year with this event. Of note for this event is that Jason lowered his time considerably in all 3 disciplines. Awesome Job!!!
Nov 19, 2011: Sam, Tim and Tory smoked a 5k in Arizona this weekend after working the Expo for IMAZ. This was a fun event and they all showed very well. This was Sam's comeback race after taking almost 3 years off from running due to an injury. She is still on the mend but the statement of doing this 5k made for a strong return to the sport that started it all for her. We are so proud of Sam and her efforts to get back on the road. Congratulations!!
Oct 23, 2011: This was a huge weekend of racing for the Sin City Endurance folks. The "A" team went down to the Soma triathlon for a Half Iron Relay. Sam, Brady, and Jared put down a solid 4:50 for a 15th place finish in the very competitive relay. Brady was 13th overall for the relay competition with a blistering 2:32 bike ride. Sam put in a super strong swim leg by finishing 2 groups ahead of her start group in the calm of Tempe Town Lake. Jared ran the 17th fasterst half marathon to pass 2 other relay teams in the last quarter mile. Congratulations on "bringing the heat" down to Tempe for the hot 94 degree race day!!
Oct 22, 2011: Congratulations to all of the competitors in the Ragnar Las Vegas Relay. Our Very own Todd ran it with is 12 person team and did even better than last year. The team had a lot of fun and ran in the full spirit of the Ragnar Relay. Hey, sometimes you just have to have some fun on the run with your friends!! Next weekend , Todd will be toeing the line for his 3rd hoover Dam Half Marathon (as if the 200+ miles of Ragnar was not enough for him!!)
Oct 15, 2011: Jason set a new Half Ironman PR with a 5:31 on the always difficult Pumpkinman course. This was just a training day for Jason who is on his way to Ironman AZ in a month. With this perfomrance, Jason is showing that he will be very strong for his Big IMAZ race. Great Job, Jason!!
